We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, CouriersPlease, and Team Global Express.
3. Order Processing
- Processed within 1β2 business days
- Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day
4. Delivery Timeframes
Australia: 2β7 business days (up to 10 for remote areas)
New Zealand: 5β12 business days

Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.
7. Delays
Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, or external factors.

10. Authority to Leave
Parcels may be left unattended if ATL is selected.
