  • Australia (all states and territories)
  • New Zealand

2. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, CouriersPlease, and Team Global Express.

3. Order Processing

  • Processed within 1–2 business days
  • Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day

4. Delivery Timeframes

Australia: 2–7 business days (up to 10 for remote areas)

New Zealand: 5–12 business days

5. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout.

6. Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

7. Delays

Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, or external factors.

8. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes upon delivery. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. Additional fees may apply.

10. Authority to Leave

Parcels may be left unattended if ATL is selected.

11. Lost or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours with details and photos where possible.

12. International Shipping

Customs duties and taxes for NZ orders are the customer’s responsibility.
